Books

I just noticed something cool! The Resilience Workbook for Kids, co-authored by Caren Baruch-Feldman and Rebecca Comizio, has reached #138!  on Amazon's top-selling books in behavioral science! This top list includes NYT best selling books for ADULTS, which is truly amazing because it reflects the growing importance of mental health resources for children, especially in these challenging times. The book's success underscores the value of equipping children with the tools to build resilience and navigate life's uncertainties with confidence, and the value of providing adults with developmentally appropriate language to teach children skills from behavioral science on managing the challenges of life. I'm so proud of this book and love working to support our children's mental well-being in all the ways that I can!

Thank you to those who have used the book, read it and provided feedback. It means a lot to us because we did pour our hearts and our care for kids into writing it. ❤
